Fire Starter Evo- Smokrill

Continuing work on our starters, I actually came up with this one fairly quickly. Its the evolved form of our fire starter Flintill, Its...Smokrill!

Fire Type
Ht- 3'6
Wt- 52.7 lbs.
Evolves from Flintill @ lv.16 ---> Evolves into ??? @ lv.34
Dex- The holes in its neck produce a smokey frill that is used to protect itself and distort its opponents vision.
